Excavator Simulator YSL-EMNQ-40

The YSL-EMNQ-40 combines a full-scale machine layout, a physics-based hydraulic simulation engine and an immersive 3D environment. Designed around construction-equipment training standards, it reproduces the performance, control logic, operating feedback and working conditions of a commercial crawler excavator. The system supports introductory operation, advanced tasks and emergency-response exercises, making it suitable for teaching, skills assessment, pre-employment training, operating demonstrations and brand presentations.

The hardware follows the layout of a real excavator cab. Integrated joysticks, pedals and the rotating console provide realistic resistance and control feel. The software includes dynamic terrain mechanics that simulate soil deformation, load resistance, fuel use, mechanical wear, abnormal sounds and other operating feedback. Standard-screen and immersive VR modes are supported, together with multiple terrain types. With no fuel consumption, equipment wear or full-size training site required, the simulator provides a safe and realistic alternative to field training.
