Routine Checks
- Inspect fasteners, joints, cables and protective covers
- Check actuators for unusual noise, heat or leakage
- Test travel limits, emergency stops and interlocks
- Back up controller parameters and scenario files
- Lubricate components at the specified interval
Before Requesting Support
Record the alarm code, affected axis, operating step and any recent changes. Stop operation if structural damage, abnormal motion or repeated drive alarms are present.
Repairs should be performed by qualified personnel with the platform isolated from power and stored mechanical energy secured.
