Trapezoidal Lead-Screw Servo Electric Cylinder

A custom in-line electric cylinder using a trapezoidal lead screw. This screw type can be economical and may provide useful self-locking behaviour, but generally has lower efficiency and speed than a ball screw.
Key Features
- Programmable position, speed and force control
- In-line or compact fold-back construction
- High-precision screw transmission and servo feedback
- Multiple mounting, rod-end and motor options
- Optional brake, limit sensors and environmental protection
Suitable Uses
Moderate-speed positioning, lifting and adjustment tasks where cost, robustness or holding behaviour is more important than maximum efficiency.
Selection Information
Please provide required thrust, stroke, speed, acceleration, accuracy, duty cycle, mounting orientation, side loads and operating environment. Final ratings are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Operation and Maintenance
Keep loads axial, use external guides for radial loads, commission at low speed and follow the model-specific lubrication interval. Isolate power before service and do not alter belt tension or precision alignment without authorization.
